Booking & Cancellation Policy

A valid credit or debit card is required to hold all appointments.

Cancellations & Reschedules: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 80% of the scheduled service.

Late arrivals: Please notify Ashleigh if you are running late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the late cancellation fee.
